What data we collect

When you visit the website: browsing data, such as the pages you view, your type of device, your approximate city and the site you came from. Only if you accept cookies.
When you message us on WhatsApp: your name, your number, your messages and the details you share to get a quote or book, such as dates, number of guests and children's ages.
When you book online: the details you enter in our booking engine, such as your name, your contact details and the details of your booking.

What we use it for

To answer your questions, send quotes, manage your booking and look after you before, during and after your visit. If you accept cookies, also to measure how the website is used and how our ads perform. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and analytics

When you open the website we ask whether you accept cookies. If you do not answer or you decline, none of these tools are switched on.

Google Analytics (Google), through Google Tag Manager: measures how many people visit the website, which sections interest them and where they come from.
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): measures the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and lets us show SABAI ads to people who have already visited the website.

We keep your answer in your browser so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time:

Automated assistant on WhatsApp

The first replies come from an artificial intelligence assistant. When needed, someone from our team takes over the conversation.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that run the website, bookings and customer service:

Google (website analytics)
Meta (WhatsApp and ad measurement)
SiteMinder (booking engine)
Anthropic (the assistant's artificial intelligence model)
Supabase (conversation storage)
Hostinger (server for the website and the channel)

Some of them process data outside Colombia, under appropriate security measures.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed to look after you and to meet legal obligations. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, you can access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw the consent you gave us. To do so, write to ventas@sabaibaru.com. We answer enquiries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
